What we collect, and what we don’t do with it.

The short version
When you use the quote form on this site, we collect only what you type into it — your name, email, phone number and a description of the job — so we can get back to you with a quote. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
The contact/quote form at /contact asks for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Which service you’re asking about (optional)
- A description of the job you want done
We don’t use cookies, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking tools on this site. The only data we collect is what you choose to submit through the form above.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to understand the job you need done and get back to you with a fixed quote. Your email address is also used to send you an automatic confirmation that we received your request.
How it’s stored and transmitted
When you submit the form, it is sent as an email through Resend, a third-party transactional email provider, over our verified sending domain (mail.nomadteam.ca). One copy goes to our own inbox so our crew can see and reply to your request, and one confirmation copy is sent back to the email address you provided. We don’t maintain a separate marketing database or CRM outside of that email — your request simply lives in our inbox like any other email, until we act on it or you ask us to delete it.
We don’t sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or any other purpose. It is used solely to respond to your quote request.
Your rights and how to reach us
You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it from our inbox. To do any of those, contact us at hello@nomadteam.ca or call/text (647) 444-5290 and we’ll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle your information changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top of it.
